Ladyvet Animal Hospital Surgery Information
What sets us apart from the rest? Here at Ladyvet Animal Hospital, we do all of our surgery by LASER, which means instead of cutting with a traditional scalpel, the LASER cuts with a beam of light, cauterizing and sealing nerve endings and blood vessels as it cuts. This technology causes less pain and less bleeding, which means a faster recovery time for your pet! We also have a surgical assistant to monitor your pet's heart rate, respiration rate, body temperature, blood pressure, and the rate of oxygen/carbon dioxide in and out of your pet. We do this by way of a wireless device that records these readings every second, and we will provide you with this printout at your pet's discharge.
