  • First Distemper Combo (parvo-virus, distemper, parainfluenza, lepto-) Boostered 1-2 times, 3-4 weeks apart.
  • Bordetella (kennel cough)
  • Intestinal Parasite Screening
  • Deworming
  • HomeAgain Microchip
8-10 Weeks
  • First Lyme Vaccine
  • Second Distemper Vaccine
12-16 Weeks
  • Complete Physical Exam
  • Second Lyme Vaccine
  • Third Distemper Vaccine
  • Rabies
Annual
  • Yearly Physical Exam
  • Intestinal Parasite Screening
  • Bordetella (kennel cough)
  • Lyme Vaccine
  • Distemper Vaccine
  • Rabies (every 1-2 years)
Every 2 Years
  • Heartworm/Tick Screening (4DX test)
Spay/Neuter
  • After 4 months of age
